Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers inquiring about solar solutions
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects based on our criteria (property ownership, roof condition, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with our solar consultants
  • Provide basic information about solar energy and our services
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
